System Deployment & Go-live
Infinite Uptime’s team of system engineers and certified deployment specialists expertly install their diagnostics solution without disrupting ongoing operations or existing equipment setups. When it comes to measuring vibrations in rotating machinery, direct measurement of internal cyclic forces isn’t feasible. Instead, vibration sensors detect the transmission of these cyclic forces through the machine’s structure. Placing sensors at the right positions is crucial to have accurate diagnostics.
The installation is designed to be ‘fit and forget,’ lasting beyond the asset’s lifespan. The plant maintenance and operations teams, along with asset owners, receive education on installation details and best practices to ensure system integrity. The user signs off on a certificate of completion, meaning the system is ready for machine diagnostics.
Customer Success
Infinite Uptime’s trained Customer Success Managers (CSM) will ensure all stake holders are able to use the solution optimally and are able to benefit from it. Refresher trainings are conducted for reliability teams and effectiveness of corrective actions are continually measured against the diagnostics provided. Scheduled progress reviews ensure alignment with stakeholder goals. Our CSMs will track the success of your investment with measurable metrics.
